The Meadows Subdivision Sanpete County
Access: The Meadows/Skyline Heights are year around subdivisions with full access during the winter months. The Meadows/Skyline Heights are gated with access limited to owners. They are within the gates of Skyline Mt. Resorts but are not considered a part of Skyline Mt. Resorts. Skyline Mt. Resorts has a nine hole golf course and swimming pool. Since the Meadows and Skyline Heights are not a part of Skyline Mt. Resorts they have to pay the normal public access costs to access these amenities. Driving time is approximately an hour to Mt. Pleasant from Provo and about one hour and forty minutes from Salt Lake City. Water: The Meadows/Skyline Heights does have water that is useable year around. There is a $3000 water fee which has been paid for with the lots that I have as well as a $300 meter fee when you hook up. Power: Power is stubbed to the lot and available year around. Conditions, Covenants & Restricitons: There are covenants and restrictions Shopping and Commercial areas: The nearest shopping is in Mt. Pleasant. There are a number of restaurants, a hotel, fairly large grocery store, hardware store, bank, pharmacy and various other stores. Ephraim is approximately 10 miles from Mt. Pleasant and it has a Walmart. Fairview is just north of Mt. Pleasant and approximately 5 miles from The Meadows and has several gas stations, a couple of small restaurants and an atv outlet. It also has a nice museum with a full size Wooly mammoth skeleton, as well as, sculptures, painting and many other items. Properties Available
